Saturday:

3 rounds- 800m run, 50″ walking lunge (35lbs each hand), 10 Dumbell snatches alternating at 35lb

I have been sick all week, so this was my first workout of the week. I struggled a lot. I did not even start the timer. I was just happy to finish.

Sunday:

Back Squat: 3 sets of 7 at 115lbs

Three Wise Men: Three 4 minute workouts0 modified

AMRAP 4 Min: 5 Hang squat snatch 65lbs and 10 Bar facing burpees- 3 rounds completed

AMRAP 4 Min: 10 Power Cleans 65lbs and 20 push ups (modified from pull-ups bc of lack of equipment on Sundays) 2 rounds completed

AMRAP 4 Min: 5 Ab roll-outs, 10 V-Ups 10lbs, 20 Russian Twists 10lbs

Monday:

Snatch
3 @65lbs
3@85lbs
3×3@95lbs

 Back Squat
3×8 @ 135lbs
