Weekend Workouts

Saturday’s Workout:

Front Squat: 3×8 at 115lbs
Shoulder Press: 3×8 at 75lbs

Conditioning at the house(Limited Equipment)
3 Rounds :
400 Meter Run
20 Sit-ups
20 Lunges
20 Pushups

Sunday’s Workout

Run 2 Miles steady

Monday I will get back on the grind for my strength workouts. During the holidays, I work with what I have. We do not have a lot of equipment at the house to do CrossFit style workouts. I do not use this as an excuse. I usually run outside on Sundays about 1 to 3 miles. Doing something is better than doing nothing.
