Strength

Squat Snatch: 5×4

Back Squat 3×8

Conditioning

4 Rounds

5 Strict Pull-ups

5 Dips

10 Squat snatches at 85 pounds

15 Box Jump Overs

Modification ideas for different fitness levels:

Links are to videos for demonstration

For Pull-ups- Ring rows, push ups,or  inverted rows

Dips- Complete tricep dips on a bench or box

Squat Snatches (If you have never done a snatch or been coached to complete the movement, I do not recommend it. It is a very difficult movement and you could get hurt easily.) Overhead squats or air squats

Box Jump overs- steps ups on a box or bench

    I have done CrossFit and enjoyed the rush it gave me. I am more than likely going to give it a go again since now I am out of college and have more time to dedicate to it, this will be fun to read what all you have in store for us readers.
