Tuesday, Nov. 29th- Workout

Monday’s workout was a doozy. My face was apple red, and I literally had trouble catching my breath. Welcome back from Thanksgiving! I am not sure if it was that hard of a workout or if all the bad food choices from the previous week was leaving my body.

Monday’s  Conditioning Workout was 4 rounds of 5 strict pull-ups, 5 strict dips, 10 squat snatches at 85 pounds, and 15 box jump overs.

3 rounds would have been sufficient. Squat snatches are what got me.

20 GHD Sit-ups
